At Kraftcouture Kreationz LLC, we strive to ensure that your customized party items are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully for important details regarding shipping procedures, costs, and timeframes.

1. Processing Time
All products are custom-made and require a processing time before shipping. The standard processing time is 7-10 business days after payment and final design approval. If you require a rush order, please contact us prior to placing your order, and additional fees may apply.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Available methods will be displayed at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within the U.S.)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (within the U.S.)

Please note these are estimated times, and delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and delivery address. We work to provide the most affordable and reliable shipping options. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including any customs or import duties for international orders.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress. 

6. Shipping Delays
Kraftcouture Kreationz LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events. However, if there are any delays in the production process on our end, we will notify you immediately.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Kraftcouture Kreationz LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Kraftcouture Kreationz LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist in any way we can to resolve the issue, but the carrier is ultimately responsible for shipping-related issues.


9.  Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will notify you. You can choose to have the order reshipped at your expense or request a refund minus the shipping cost.
